Service scope
These terms form an agreement between you and JAN RICCA KEITH DELA CRUZ, the Philippines-based operator of Kislap. Kislap is an 18+ learning, teaching and community platform. It does not guarantee educational, employment, relationship or financial outcomes.
Telegram-network accounts, messages, groups and calls are provided through an independent client connection to the Telegram network and remain subject to Telegram's applicable terms. Kislap is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
Account responsibilities
People must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and report unauthorized access. Profiles and listings are not professional certifications or endorsements by Kislap.
Optional dating
Dating is disabled by default and available only to adults who affirmatively enable it. Consent to connect never implies consent to romantic, sexual or offline activity.
Prohibited conduct
Harassment, sexual exploitation, underage use, hate, threats, scams, impersonation, spam, illegal content, unsafe instruction and copyright infringement are prohibited.
Content and enforcement
People retain ownership of their content and grant Kislap only the limited rights necessary to operate and protect the service. Kislap may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or ban users to protect the community or comply with law.
Account deletion
The application offers permanent deletion of the Kislap learning account from in-app account settings. Limited safety or legally required records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. A Telegram account is separate and must be managed through its corresponding Telegram account controls.
Service availability and warranties
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kislap disclaims implied warranties and does not promise uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, successful matches or any particular learning result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kislap and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, user conduct or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Before filing a claim, contact support@kislap.org so the parties can try to resolve it informally. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
